At Journey, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your fashion journey is seamless, from the first click to the final fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
